Terry D. Anderson, Ph.D.: Founder, CRG
Terry is the Founder of CRG Consulting Resource Group International, Inc.. One of the most knowledgeable, creative, and practical Leadership development authorities in the field, he is an accomplished author, educator, counselor, and consultant. Terry earned his BA in Psychology and MA in Education at California State University, Chico; he received his PhD in Administration and Management through a joint program of the University of Massachusetts School of Management and Columbia Pacific University. Terry is author of Transforming Leadership and Every Officer is A Leader. He coaches senior executives and coaches to improve corporate and personal performance, and maintains a continuing role as an author of the CRG tools. He also is a Professor in Criminology and Leadership Studies.

Sherry Hall, Executive Assistant

Sherry's administrative skills supports the President & CEO, Ken Keis, as well as other CRG team members. She also manages conference submissions, Ken's public appearances—ensuring that the word gets
out about CRG's products and services.
As well as her position with CRG, Sherry is a student at the University of Fraser Valley. Having lived
in Manitoba and Japan, she is re-acquainting herself with the Fraser Valley and
the outdoor adventures that it has to offer. |

Daisy Cheng, B.Ec., Accountant
Daisy is currently working on her CGA designation where she has completed Level 2. She received her Bachelor of Economics from National Chung-Hsing University in Taipei, Taiwan.

Ben Chen, Ph.D.: Senior Systems Architect

Ben is the intellectual architect behind this website. After leaving his multi-million dollar company in Asia, Ben took a much needed sabbatical. He received his PhD in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas. CRG is lucky to be the beneficiary of his superior problem-solving abilities while he creates the many functions of this website.
Ben and his family are also involved in translating CRG's Online Assessment and Learning Tools into Chinese. When his tasks for CRG are completed, he plans to go to China where he will operate a business marketing CRG's Assessments and Learning Tools. |

Adrien Gilmore, Systems Programmer
Adrien comes to CRG with 5 years of web design and programming
experience, with an emphasis on data-driven web applications. He is
proficient with end-user support as well as excellent troubleshooting
skills with hardware and software.

Eleanor Parkinson : Manager, Product Development
Eleanor is a proven professional adult educator with strong complementary skills in people and project management in a corporate environment. A professional training and facilitation consultant with over 15 years' experience, she has implemented these services in a diverse range of subject areas, with private and public sector clients. Eleanor takes the holistic approach to human resources, customer service, strategic planning and change management.
Her work in project coordination and change management initiatives makes Eleanor a natural to track the resource flow and management of any project, as it relates to the Results deliverables. From reporting to measurements and logistics, she doesn't stop till the job is done, and done right. |
