Terry D. Anderson, Ph.D.: Founder, CRG
 Terry is the Founder of CRG Consulting Resource Group International, Inc.. One of the most knowledgeable, creative, and practical Leadership development authorities in the field, he is an accomplished author, educator, counselor, and consultant. Terry earned his BA in Psychology and MA in Education at California State University, Chico; he received his PhD in Administration and Management through a joint program of the University of Massachusetts School of Management and Columbia Pacific University. Terry is author of Transforming Leadership and Every Officer is A Leader. He coaches senior executives and coaches to improve corporate and personal performance, and maintains a continuing role as an author of the CRG tools. He also is a Professor in Criminology and Leadership Studies.

Adam Ford, Client & Affiliate Relations
 Adam is responsible for supporting the company's sales, marketing and PR initiatives as well as supervising the Print Shop. Working with the Sales & Marketing Team, Adam implements and supports the company's communication strategy. He also
manages the database for marketing purposes.
Adam assists with event management, specifically, CRG's Train-The-Trainer and trade shows that CRG attends. Utilizing his "take charge" attitude, Adam is at the hub of CRG and shares critical information across the organization. |

Sherry Hall, Executive Assistant
Sherry's administrative skills supports the President & CEO, Ken Keis, as well as other CRG team members. She also manages conference submissions, Ken's public appearances—ensuring that the word gets
out about CRG's products and services.
As well as her position with CRG, Sherry is a student at the University of Fraser Valley. Having lived
in Manitoba and Japan, she is re-acquainting herself with the Fraser Valley and
the outdoor adventures that it has to offer. |

Daisy Cheng, B.Ec., Bookkeeper
 Daisy is currently working on her CGA designation where she has completed Level 2. She received her Bachelor of Economics from National Chung-Hsing University in Taipei, Taiwan.
Daisy's responsibilities comprise all CRG's accounting needs; from accurate financial reports to reconciliation of accounts. If you have any questions concerning your online commissions and/or referral fees, please feel free to contact Daisy. |

 Carol Carter has worked in various HR, admin, accounting and sales roles throughout her working career. She has worked with large corporations and small businesses to recruit and maintain quality staff, as well as with job seekers looking for the right career path.
Carol's true passion is helping people and businesses set and achieve goals that move them toward their true purpose, which is why she loves sales. You will find her approach to her role of Sales and Business Development as holistic as CRG's products! |

Tracie Austin, Sales & Communications
 Tracie's work experience includes 6 years in a marketing/promotions role, including online copywriting and customer service. She holds diplomas in Business Management and Business Marketing. Tracie enjoys a challenge and always looks at ways to increase her knowledge.
Born in Australia she is currently living in BC, enjoying her travels around the region and exploring the many local attractions.

Theresa Johnson: Sales & PR Specialist
 Theresa's background includes Real Estate, nine years in customer service, and Trade Show experience across Canada. She sits on the VCS School Board as Secretary and loves organizing events for the school, facilitating Public Relations, and being involved in her community. A part-time student at the local college, Theresa believes it's important to continually learn.
She is happily married to Trevor Johnson and mother to 2 great kids—Alexandra, 6, and Christian, 2. In her spare time, Theresa enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with family. |

Ben Chen, Ph.D.: Senior Systems Architect
Ben is the intellectual architect behind this website. After leaving his multi-million dollar company in Asia, Ben took a much needed sabbatical. He received his PhD in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas. CRG is lucky to be the beneficiary of his superior problem-solving abilities while he creates the many functions of this website.
Ben and his family are also involved in translating CRG's Online Assessment and Learning Tools into Chinese. When his tasks for CRG are completed, he plans to go to China where he will operate a business marketing CRG's Assessments and Learning Tools. |

Adrien Gilmore, Systems Programmer
 Adrien comes to CRG with 5 years of web design and programming
experience, with an emphasis on data-driven web applications. He is
proficient with end-user support as well as excellent troubleshooting
skills with hardware and software.

Eleanor Parkinson : Manager, Product Development
 Eleanor is a proven professional adult educator with strong complementary skills in people and project management in a corporate environment. A professional training and facilitation consultant with over 15 years' experience, she has implemented these services in a diverse range of subject areas, with private and public sector clients. Eleanor takes the holistic approach to human resources, customer service, strategic planning and change management.
Her work in project coordination and change management initiatives makes Eleanor a natural to track the resource flow and management of any project, as it relates to the Results deliverables. From reporting to measurements and logistics, she doesn't stop till the job is done, and done right. |
