Best selling authors Kenneth Blanchard, Jim Kouzes, and Marshall Goldsmith have endorsed Ken’s work.

Gwendolyn S. Faulkner, Ph.D., R.N., M.S.N.

The Founder and owner of Wellness Consulting Resource Group, Gwen received her B.S. (Nursing) and M.S.N. (specializing in Health Psychology) from California State University, Chico. She served as Associate Director of a Stress and Health Center and was formerly a member of the faculty at California State University, Chico.

Marilyn Hamilton, Ph.D., CGA, CSP

Marilyn has been a successful business strategist, consultant, author, editor, publisher and community Leader. She has worked in multinational corporations and with entrepreneurs in all business sectors in the Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, the United States and Australia. She holds a B.A. English (University of Toronto), a Certified General Accountancy designation, Diploma in Translation (University of Toronto) and earned her Ph.D. in Administration and Management from Columbia Pacific University, studying Learning and Leadership in self-organizing systems. 

Everett T. Robinson, M.A.

Everett has over 30 years of experience as an author, seminar Leader, trainer and a professional counselor. He earned his M.A. from California State University, Chico. He is co-author of several of the CRG assessment tools and processes and is internationally recognized as an authority on the subject of personal style differences.

Mitch Javidi, Ph.D.

Dr. Mitch Javidi is an envisioneer with over 30 years of practical and hands-on Leadership Development experience in diverse industries including Academia, Military, Law Enforcement, Government, and Technology. As a globally recognized leader, he is the founder of the National Command & Staff College, Institute for Credible Leadership Development and the Criminal Justice Commission for Credible Leadership Development.

He is co-author of Deliberate Leadership, Handbook of Research on Effective Communication, Leadership, and Conflict Resolution, and Moral Compass for the Law Enforcement Professionals.

Dr. Javidi was the recipient of prestigious “Person of the Year” award by the National Society of Accountants.

Howard Shenson, C.M.C.

As a Certified Management Consultant specializing in the marketing of professional consulting practices and information products and services, the late Howard Shenson wrote more than 60 books, software packages and audio/video programs and research reports. He was Editor/Publisher of The Professional Consultant & Information Marketing Report and a feature writer for the Business & Technology Consultant prior to his passing in 1992.

Bruce R. Wares

Winner of the Distinguished Sales Award from the Sales and Marketing Executives International, the late Bruce Wares was President of the Sales Productivity Institute. He had more than 25 years of experience in both product and service sales. A professional speaker and sales training, Bruce contributed to the success of many multinational clients, such as Apple Computer and IBM, prior to his passing in 1997.

Consulting Resource Group International, Inc. story began in 1979, when as Founders, we were frustrated with the personality assessments MBTI and DiSC–which we were using with our university students and clients. Serious design and outcome flaws were discovered in both the MBTI and DiSC tools. Our concerns were so significant that we worried about the well-being of our students and based on that quit using these tools. On a dare by our colleagues, we were challenged to create a solution that addressed the concerns we had with other assessments–this birthed CRG’s first assessment the Personal Style Indicator (PSI). This multi-theory, self-scored, learner-friendly approach was so powerful that CRG has a 40+ year track record of over 80% of professionals switching to CRG assessments once they experience the CRG difference and attend our certification training.

CRG’s 14 assessments, resources and online courses are used in every conceivable application as it relates to human capital development; education, career development, business, talent management, HR, sales, customer service, leadership, learning and instructional style, entrepreneurship, succession planning, mentoring, coaching, team-building, student success, performance improvement, health and wellness, self-worth, values, personal, and organizational purpose!

In 2002, CRG’s 13 shareholders sold the company and the intellectual property of all the assessments and content to Dr. Ken Keis who has been connected to CRG since 1990.
