Private Mentoring Programs

Mentoring, particularly in its traditional sense, enables an individual to follow in the path of an older and wiser colleague who can pass on knowledge, experience and open doors to otherwise out-of-reach opportunities. Here are some characteristics of the mentor coaching:

Mentoring is relationship oriented. It seeks to provide a safe environment where the mentee shares whatever issues affect his or her professional and personal success. Although specific learning goals or competencies may be used as a basis for creating the relationship, its focus goes beyond these areas to include things, such as work/life balance, self-confidence, self-perception, and how the personal influences the professional…

Personal Mentoring Program

The Personal Mentoring Program is six months of unlimited access to your mentor by e-mail, phone, skype, etc. We help people strategically and tactically. The fee is $6,000 (USD) which distinguishes those who are serious about the process, and it is easily recouped through increased business and/or improved results. Admission is limited. If there are no openings there is a “first come, first served” waiting list.

There will be a phone meeting/interview to confirm whether the program is right for you. If it is, you begin by studying your current situation and outlining your expectations. You then establish goals. Some people call frequently, some weekly, some monthly. The frequency and style are up to you – this program is driven by the participant not the mentor. We return all phone calls and email within agreed-upon times.

The fee is required to begin the process or to claim a place on the waiting list. The fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.

Private Client Mentoring Experience with Dr. Ken Keis

For people who want to take the process to the next level we offer the Private Client Experience. In addition, to the items included in the Personal Mentoring package this experience also includes one on ones with Dr. Keis mentoring you on two separate occasions at the CRG office – two half days – in person meetings (or you can be combined into one full day). We recommend where possible that the two in person meetings be split, with one about 90 days after the first session. These in person meetings must occurred within the six-month timeframe of the Mentor engagement.

Spouses and significant others are welcome to attend as much of the discussions as they like. We’ll have dinner together and also have some conversation and “down time.”

The elements of the Personal Mentoring Program are included for six months. The fee for the Private Client Experience, including the six-month mentor program, is $10,000 USD. (Travel expenses to the CRG office are the responsibility of the participant). The fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.
