Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. The expected date of arrival is defined by the shipping matrix depending on your selected option and is in addition to our processing time. Though we strive to meet all shipping deadlines, CRG cannot guarantee, nor are we responsible for any delays caused by Customs or errors made by shipping companies. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive should any unforeseen delay occur.
If you have a specific deadline that your package needs to arrive by, it is
best to fill this in the customer notes section of your order.
A follow-up phone call if the date is urgent (under 5 business days) would be
wise.
