The ISI 360º is a simple yet power process to capture how individuals experience Others. There are no right or wrong answers and what this method has does is documents the perceptions and opinions of those around you.

This assessment does not create the results, but rather confirms what is already true for each individual -providing a framework and system to understand self and others.

  • Better understand your Instructional Style tendencies, learn how to interact with learners more effectively, and increase your knowledge transfer abilities.
  • Discover how your preferred Instructional Style has been working for you and against you, while learning specific teaching styles you can adjust to improve your learner impact.
  • Develop a plan to increase your Instructional Style flexibility and effectiveness and to improve your interactions with learners.
  • Facilitate deep conversations with the 360° feedback participants for further understanding and professional growth.

The next step is to have conversations and examine the similarities and differences between the 360° feedback and the participants.
